They enable vulnerable and disabled ex-service personnel to rebuild their lives by providing housing and community support. Qi Masters have provided monthly Qi treatments for over 3 years helping relieve pain and giving hope and wellbeing to residents and staff Veterans AidA charity helping prevent ex-servicemen from becoming homeless and helping those who are already on the street, destitute and usually affected by alcohol and/or substance misuse, those who have mental health problems or are depressed, broke, lonely and alone. Veterans range from 19-75. Innersound visits the hostels to help them with energy, self-esteem, health and wellbeing. Warrior ProjectThe Warrior Programme particularly helps Ex-Service personnel and the homeless, and provides an environment where creative solutions can be explored in a supportive community atmosphere, yet on a one-to-one basis. It benefits anyone suffering from depression, anxiety and increased levels of stress who is serious about changing their life for the better. It enables them to move forward positively and more productively in their life. Qi Masters have been giving monthly Qi Treatments at the Warrior programme helping build individuals confidence and releasing emotional stresses such as anxiety and worry. |
