Bonnytown is a holding house for boys awaiting trial for crimes ranging from stealing to murder. The boys whose ages range from 8-18 are victims of poverty and violent lives. They have suffered a difficult childhood and their futures are bleak. We were met with initial skepticism from the staff at Bonnytown who care wholeheartedly for the boys and know their suffering and stories.

One staff member volunteered to trial Qi Treatment first and was so relieved of her intense stress and shoulder pain instantly that the others decided to have a go. The atmosphere lightened and the staff’s suspicions turned to expressions of gratitude and relief.

Then they brought in the boys in groups of 10. They shuffled in awkward, heavy heads and slumped in their chairs. As the Masters explained the treatment they sat up more hopeful and interested and then we began. Fascinated by the sound they tried Qi treatment, shaking our hands in gratitude.

“Thank you, thank you,” one boy said eagerly. “I feel like a weight has been lifted, something has gone from me.”

The staff told us the boys felt more energized, peaceful, relaxed and free from the pain and anxiety they endure on a daily basis. They boys also opened themselves to ask us how to do deal with their emotions and stress better. They staff also told us this was the first time they had opened their doors to allow someone to help the boys in this way. They were so impressed by the impact of Qi Treatment had on the boys, helping them release their anxiety, stress and physical pain and experience love and giving hope. When will you come back?
